About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Care Representative/Dispatcher to join our team at Heartland's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This opening is a Part Time position. Will be afternoons, with a schedule of 12-6 pm.

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming calls from clients and technicians

Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls

Review previous calls with clients for training and quality

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment

Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role preferred

Proficiency in computer systems and software

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Highschool or GED
