Duties

Service, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems

Determine general condition of HVAC systems, can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs

Always maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after completion of each job

Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving

Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean both inside and out

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Excellent communication skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Showing up for work every day

NATE certification is a plus but not required

HVAC experience or schooling is preferred but not required
