Pay: $65,000-$95,000, salaried position
Hours: In-person 7:30am-2:30pm M-F, remote tech support after hours
JOB SUMMARY
This position provides technical support for HVAC Technicians and ongoing training of Technicians and Apprentices who service and repair HVAC systems in a residential setting.
JOB DUTIES
Responds to phone calls from technicians who need help troubleshooting HVAC malfunctions and determining extent of necessary repairs
Teaches technicians and apprentices how to service and maintain residential HVAC systems in the Johnson County area
Learns One Hour methods and ethical practices
Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have at least 10 years prior successful experience as a technician in the field in the HVAC industry
EPA Type II certification required
Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
Clean driving record
