Description

Northern One Hour Heating, Ben Franklin Plumbing & Mister Sparky Electrical is a locally owned and operated business servicing the Twin Cities metro area since 1990. We are leaders in the residential heating, cooling, and plumbing industry, and due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced customer service representative to help us grow our service division. You'll help schedule service and maintenance calls throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. If you like helping customers, have customer service experience, and enjoy working in a fun team environment. Duties Include but not limited to :

Shipping and receiving

Managing Inventory

Delivering parts and equipment throughout the metro area

Maintaining the warehouse and building

Completing other duties as assigned

Requirements

1-2 years of shipping and receiving

Ability to lift 40-60 pounds

Forklift operation certification is a plus

Clean driving record is mandatory

Familiarity with the Twin Cities area

Positive attitude and team player
