    JOB SUMMARY

    Are you a master on the phone? We are looking for an Inside Sales Lead and Dispatch Manager for a local HVAC company to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls, as well as to follow up on repair and replacement estimates provided to clients by technician. This position will eventually lead a team of sales coordinators and dispatchers while working side by side with them. Our team strives to effectively dispatch all service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles. You will also follow up on all repair and install estimates and continue to stay in touch until it is time to complete a service. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator, have phone sales experience, and is able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.

    JOB DUTIES

    Follow up on outstanding proposals and repair quotes

    Manages the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients, and generating revenue

    Makes every effort to compress call scheduling, effectively maximizing productivity and revenue

    Notifies clients ahead of time without fail if the Technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window

    Re-schedules appointment times at client’s convenience as necessary

    Communicates with the Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator to help arrange efficient delivery of parts to Technicians

    Strictly adheres to the “Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule” to ensure the right Technician is sent to the right appointment

    Shares responsibility to ensure that all Technicians arrive at their designated appointments on time

    Debriefs with Technicians upon completion of jobs to identify any outstanding client satisfaction issues

    Enters equipment type and age information for systems into SuccessWare software system

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Prior sales experience required

    HVAC industry experience preferred

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Must have good computer software skills

    Fast typing with experience in data entry

    Proficient in English (oral and written)

    Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities

    Active listener with excellent communication skills
