    We're a family company located in Tucson, AZ working in the HVAC industry. We're looking for an outgoing, driven individual for a full time office manager position with experience in working in an office in the HVAC and or Plumbing trade. This position will pay between $17-25/hour based on experience. Work days are Monday through Friday with rotating on call.

    Job Duties Include: Filing paperwork Entering Invoices Answering incoming calls Scheduling appointments Relaying information to techs in the field Dealing with Customer Issues Keeping Track of field employees Following up with customers Keeping Owners Informed

    Must Haves

    Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in HVAC and or Plumbing Must have reliable transportation Must have a friendly and outgoing personality Must be dependable, reliable, and able to multitask at a fast pace Must be able to accept direction and constructive criticism Must be able to adapt to ever-changing growth that is company goal oriented

    Additional duties will be added as needed.

    Required Skills: Able to type 80 wpm Knowledge of entire MS Office suite Knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks Excellent time management skills Articulate -- Excellent communication skills Ability to work within a team to take a project to fruition.

    No smoking.

    Start Date: Immediately Medical benefits after 3 months
