    The General Manager will be responsible for scheduling and supervising employees to effectively provide HVAC service, repair, and installation for customers. We are proudly serving customers in the Ogden and greater Weber County area.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Evaluates workload and schedules to maximize production.

    Assists with dispatching of services to appropriate technician.

    Ensures each job is completed on time and to customer satisfaction and performs on-site inspections.

    Reviews service paperwork and ensures all field personnel adhere to procedural standards.

    Assists in providing accurate reports and updates on labor costs, work scheduling, billing, and payroll.

    Provides coaching, feedback, and ongoing technical and communication training to all subordinates to increase performance.

    Participates in all company sponsored training classes.

    Always maintains a professional image.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Must have a minimum of 10 years of verifiable managerial, technical, and sales experience in HVAC or related field.

    Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding annual revenue goals.

    Ability to understand effects of economic, financial, and market conditions on the business.

    Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of local codes and permitting requirements.

    Education/Certification Requirements:

    NATE Certification

    GED or High School Diploma.

    EPA Certification.

    Environmental Conditions:

    Climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, crawling, working in confined spaces, pushing/pulling, carrying equipment, bending, turning, kneeling.
