We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and help implement the marketing and public relations plan for the company. Every day you’ll be doing something different!

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy

• Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.

• Manage day-to-day messaging; company blog, e-newsletters, and social media

• Create, maintain and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars

• Oversee reputation management

• Work with tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Later, etc.

• Manage customer retention efforts (referral program, Comfort Club, etc.)

• Maintain a directory and inventory of digital assets and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed

• Support marketing team with all public relations initiatives as needed.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or relevant field.

• Minimum two years’ experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant or related position.

• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

• Experience with research using data analytics software and programs

• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite (experience with Adobe Creative suite and/or WordPress is preferred).

• Basic understanding of multiple digital marketing disciplines (Social Media, SEO, Paid Search, etc.)

• Experience working with budgets and forecasting
