JOB SUMMARY

The Qualifier will be responsible for overseeing assigned HVAC installation projects to include direct oversight of the installation department and working with management to identify and improve deficiencies. Assists in development of employees to create a knowledgeable team and positive work environment.

JOB DUTIES

Direct oversight of installations and maintenance activities for residential systems.

Oversees the building and completion of installation job packets

Maintains safety and quality as a top priority by scheduling and conducting monthly safety meetings

Conducting regular job site inspections

Permits filing for installations requiring local permits to commence job.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have HVAC Contractor's License Texas A or B

Must display strong communication skills and technical competence

Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen

Clean driving record
