● Convert prospective buyers into satisfied owners of our products and services

● Use the Replacement Persuasion System.

● Perform a complete Survey and Home Analysis on every call

● Identify with Customer Comfort Concerns

● Present solutions and options that align with customers wants and needs

● Follow up on completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction and promote referral incentives regularly and as needed.
