Responsibilities: • Outbound call and talk to all leads in the que • Overcome objections on the phone • Schedule and conduct appointments • Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects • Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially Qualifications: • Quick on your feet • Professional in attitude and appearance • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Independent and self-motivated • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $80,000-$100,000
