    A thriving real estate investment company is looking for someone to provide a multitude of administrative tasks. They include, but are not limited to, handling leads via telephone, text and email, basic accounting and other spreadsheet work, help with marketing efforts, and driving to properties throughout Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Brevard Counties. We are looking for someone that can adapt to changing needs within the company. This is a "work from home" position. A quiet workplace without distraction will be required. Responsibilities: LEAD RELATED DUTIES: • Handle all incoming/outbound marketing calls, build a quick rapport with a caller, conduct a qualification, and then set up an appointment for the sales manager • Populate the CRM with all lead data and notes • Rapidly respond to online lead sources (SEO, FB, PPC) • Database management - ensure all leads have appropriate and detailed notes, all information related to leads are properly filled out with relevant information, and all leads have an appropriate task assigned • Work directly with acquisitions team on seller communications and calendar management BOOKKEEPING RELATED DUTIES: • Maintain and update several spreadsheets on multiple properties and the business as a whole • Ensure that all expenses are accounted for from all types of vendors and providers • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports • Monitor budgets on remodel projects • Make payments to providers MARKETING RELATED DUTIES: • Track all data from several different marketing sources • Update and maintain spreadsheets for several different marketing channels • Access and record data from several different marketing providers • Prepare marketing pieces for distribution CLOSING COORDINATION DUTIES: • Maintain contact with sellers and keep them up to date on the sale of their home • Stay in contact with attorney's office and keep all parties up to date • Follow a detailed checklist for all stages of the investment OTHER DUTIES: • Drive to homes and meet with sellers throughout MArtin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Brevard Counties • Build rapport with home owner • Take quality photos and videos of investment prospects and upload them to online database In addition to these responsibilities, some general administrative help will be required and these responsibilities will change from time to time. We are growing quickly and you will be asked to adapt with us. A safe and reliable vehicle will be required for this job as well as a quiet place to work from home without distraction. Gas expense will be compensated and any required computers and other equipment will be provided. Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality Open to new ideas and systems Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly Able to prioritize and manage shifting tasks A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals INTERPERSONAL SKILLS NEEDED: • Ability to build unbreakable rapport with sellers, listen and practice empathy for their situation • Have an exceptional level of communication skills. The ability to explain complex procedures in a simple direct manner • Must interact well with the rest of the staff • Must have a great presence on the phone TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED: • Pick up CRM quickly • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google’s G-Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Calendar) • Ability to follow processes and implement systems • Ability to document procedures and policies • Must have their own reliable laptop computer Compensation: $15 hourly
