Rapidly growing software company in San Fernando, CA (#199 in Inc 500 for 2021) is looking to add a junior Full Stack Developer.

We primarily code in Golang / Vue.js and MySQL.

If you'd learned multiple languages, switching to Golang should not be too hard.

Testing for this position will include testing on a back end language like Go or C# or Java or Python, and a front end language like JS.

We are OBSESSED with creating overjoyed customers.

We're growing so rapidly, that if you can barely keep up with the current work, you're not a fit for the position.

The job will grow, and you need to be ready to grow with it. We want you to grow into a senior developer during your time here, and become an indispensable part of our small team.

The position is an IN OFFICE position.

We are a small team of brilliant software engineers, looking to add more. We’re a five year old software company, with a 40-year-old parent company. Management is closely involved and makes sure that only the most vital and strategic development projects are handled by our tight development team.

Out of our tiny team of highly skilled developers, two of us started here straight out of college, and have grown to undisputed medium to senior developer status. We’ve been able to make this personal progress while building the software that is currently used by thousands and thousands of paying customers, who are all overjoyed with the product.

We’re now ready to take on more junior developers, to each work with one of our highly skilled developers on site in our Los Angeles office (in the city of San Fernando).

If you are interested in staying a junior developer forever, because you don’t want to take on more responsibility, then please don’t apply for this position. If you think you could progress to medium-level senior developer status with a bit of coaching and some experience, we might be the perfect place for you.

We’re doing most of our development in Golang, Vue.js (Vuetify library), MySQL, using AWS servers, and are almost done replacing a legacy PHP system, but familiarity with PHP would still be a plus.

Most important is that you have skill and experience with software development, understanding of core concepts, experience working with these different languages, a burning desire to continue learning and master your craft, and are able to play nice with others. (Please, jerks need not apply.)
