Since we spun off from our parent company four years ago, we've grown in leaps and bounds. This start-up now boasts over 10,000 paying small, medium and enterprise business customers. Our developers get to experience the challenge of strategically building out software for our short-term requirements, long-term vision, and all while keeping critical functions live and functional for thousands of businesses who depend utterly on our product.

You learn how to create a product in a constantly scaling environment. We're constantly adding new technology to help our customers more effectively manage their employees and vehicle fleets.

We go out of our way to give you the time to develop a quality product - trying hard to do things RIGHT, NOT JUST FAST. There will, of course, always be exceptions, but they are exceptions, not the rule. Similarly, our core team of software developers are masters of their craft, and always learning. If you come in with expertise that we don't already have, we're excited to use your knowledge and add it to our shared base of experience.

We are a small team of effective, clever and hard-working software engineers, looking to add two more. We’re a four year old software company, with a 40-year-old parent company. Management is closely involved and makes sure that only the most vital and strategic development projects are handled by our tight development team.

Out of our small team of eight highly skilled developers, four of us started here straight out of college, and have grown to undisputed medium to senior developer status. We’ve been able to make this personal progress while building the software that is currently used by thousands and thousands of paying customers, who are all overjoyed with the product.

We’re doing most of our development in Golang, Vue.js (Vuetify library), MySQL, using AWS servers, and are almost done replacing a legacy PHP system, but familiarity with PHP would still be a plus.

Most important is that you have skill and experience with software development, understanding of core concepts, experience working with these different languages, a burning desire to continue learning and master your craft, and are able to play nice with others.
