WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an innovative AP Clerk to join our Accounting Team at our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.

The successful candidate will have:

• A working knowledge of basic accounting principles which relate to GL, A/P, A/R and Purchasing

• 3 to 5 years General Ledger experience

• 3 to 5 years working in an accounting department (experience in a retail accounting department is a plus)

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience in A/P and A/R

• Familiarity with Goldmine, Nevo, Uptrends, Management Reporter and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains

• Strong math skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field

Responsibilities of this Position Include:

• Assist with Month-End and Year-End close

• Prepare and make bank deposits

• Assist with Account Reconciliations (GL and bank accounts)

• Purchasing and vendor relations

• Obtain RMAs and track inventory

• Accounts Payable

• Accounts Receivable

• Weekly and monthly customer statements
