    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    Customer Service Representatives are an integral piece to our company’s success. The primary responsibilities of this position are answering incoming calls, and servicing customers in our Call Center. Every call is different; you may be placing orders, answering questions regarding our products, the customer's account, or our website. You need to be able to respond promptly with exceptional service to the customer’s needs. You may also be backup to our Receptionist.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Promptly answer all incoming calls from customers in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner. Remain available according to standards to assist in ensuring department individual performance and accuracy goals are achieved. The minimum expectation for accuracy is 99.5%.
    • Offer remarkable customer service as trained.
    • Maintain knowledge of products offered to provide information to customers and make product conversions/recommendations. Know the differences and similarities between the different mills in each product classification and the general uses of the screen-printing supplies carried by the company.
    • Keep updated on basic computer functions and/or changes for the Customer Service area such as placing orders, invoicing orders; updating customer account information, and adding new customers.
    • Maintain an accurate daily order log, which includes the customer name, order number, and time of order.
    • Process fax and web orders as assigned.
    • Cover breaks, lunches, and days off for the Company Receptionist.

    Qualifications:

    • Able to use a computer with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
    • Comfortable talking to customers over the phone, using excellent telephone etiquette, and positive communication skills.
    • A quick learner, sharp, flexible thinker.
    • Can easily navigate around websites to locate products and information
    • Ability to work people with and keep a positive attitude in challenging situations

    WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON!!!

    The workweek is Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS!!

    We are looking for candidates with availability between 12:00 pm-8: 00 pm.
