Authorized AT&T Call center in Riverside looking for fresh new faces to join our growing team! Responsible for providing excellent customer service on inbound and outbound phone calls regarding AT&T Products. Team player, confidence, and strong customer service are required. No experience necessary! We provide the training, scripts, software, materials, and everything else you need to make you successful! 90-DAY SCHEDULE PROBATION PERIOD - MUST COME TO WORK!! NO EXCUSES.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering incoming calls
• Making outbound calls
• Handling client's inquiries
• Working with manager and supervisor to provide excellent customer service
• Document and update client records based on interactions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Motivation and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer, written and verbal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize client's needs
• Organization Skills
• Positive attitude and team player REQUIRED
