In this role, you will lead a team pod technicians by leveraging excellent leadership skills and by being out in the field along with your employees servicing our customers. The Manager is the key leader in the business. They are also a working manager who is not afraid to take on service opportunities themselves. The manager handles the day-to-day scheduling, training, and development of the team members assigned to them. They are also the front-line representative to our customers in the Multi-Family Communities we serve. Responsibilities include:

· Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the carpet cleaning branch.

· Hire, train, and supervise staff enforcing company policies and protocols.

· Assist in the development and implementation of systems to improve productivity and efficiency.

· Develop business strategies and goals to grow the company’s customer base and improve customer satisfaction.

· Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistency and reliability.

· Maintain strict inventory control to prevent loss and to ensure maximum operating efficiency.

· Implement quality control processes in order to maintain high service standards.

· Drive company vehicle, per One Way’s vehicle policy.

· Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Comply with all One Way policies and procedures, and legislative requirements.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role, ideally in the carpet cleaning industry.

· Strong knowledge of industry trends and customer service requirements.

· Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

· Sophisticated problem-solving skills and decision-making. Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.

· Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

· Ability to lift 60 lbs.

· IICRC certifications preferred, but not required.

· Satisfactory background check
