We are looking for thoughtful, well-rounded Carpet Cleaning Technicians to join ONEWAY’s Renew Crew-ready team. As a Carpet Clean Technician, you will be responsible for driving to a client’s location, assessing the needs of that client, applying stain/cleaning treatments, repair carpet, installing carpet bars, and ensuring all work is completed to ONEWAY’s high standards! You may also be required to up-sell services and additional cleaning products. Here at ONEWAY, we work with both residential and commercial clients. We are looking for Full-Time and Seasonal positions!

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

Ability to lift 60 lbs

IICRC certifications preferred but not required

Satisfactory background check

Having excellent communication and customer service skills, providing compassion and empathy to our customers.

Present a professional appearance & demeanor wearing Oneway’s Renew Crew ready gear.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and stress

Responsibilities (paid training included)

Meeting with clients to discuss their cleaning needs/wants.

Set equipment at the worksite, ensuring proper setup and removal.

Assessing state of floors that need to be cleaned

Applying carpet cleaning chemicals to carpets and floors

Cleaning carpets using machines

Repair and patch carpets

Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.

Participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.

Drive company vehicles

Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comply with all ​ONEWAY policies and procedures and legislative requirements.

Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections operate a motor vehicle per ​ONEWAY’s vehicle policy

Other duties as assigned by skill level growth
