Position Summary

We are looking for thoughtful, well-rounded Carpet Cleaning Helper to join ONEWAY’s Renew Crew-ready team. As a Carpet Cleaning Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our Carpet Cleaning Technicians with their daily routes, setting up the work van, assisting in cleaning of carpets, applying any cleaners, deodorizers, assisting the Carpet Cleaning Technician with other duties as assigned. We are looking for Seasonal positions for the summer!

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 60 lbs

Satisfactory background check

Having excellent communication and customer service skills, providing compassion and empathy to our customers.

Present a professional appearance & demeanor wearing Oneway’s Renew Crew ready gear.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Take initiative in pursuing industry certifications and improving technical knowledge through one-way training/university.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and stress
