Position Summary:

We are expanding our team in Kingman, AZ and are looking for caring, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one home care to pediatric and adult clients. Flexible schedules available — full-time, part-time, and PRN options to fit your needs!

Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized, compassionate care to clients in their homes

2. Follow detailed physician-ordered care plans

3. Administer medications and treatments

4. Monitor, document, and report patient condition

5. Communicate effectively with families, healthcare teams, and supervisors

6. Ensure compliance with all professional nursing standards and agency policies

Requirements:

1. Active Arizona RN or LPN license (or compact license)

2. Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)

3. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

4. Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care

5. Pediatric experience a plus, but not required
