Richfield Public School Academy, a charter school in Flint, MI is currently seeking a dynamic Paraprofessional to provide direct support to a student with special needs. This will be a full-time position, with the offer of medical benefits. Salary will commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following:

• Must possess a willingness to work with a special needs student
• Experience working with children with disabilities preferred
• Experience supporting students in a classroom preferred
• Experience with providing social, emotional, and behavioral supports
• Flexibility to support diverse student needs
• Experience in supporting academic needs preferred

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to perform other job responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor.
