The customer care specialist will be responsible for basic and upper level front and back administration. This will include, but is not limited to: patient check-in/check-out, collecting co-insurance/ co-pays, scheduling, managing cancellations, customer service experience, answering phone calls, taking messages, verifying insurance, pre-authorizating physical therapy visits, data entry into electronic medical records (EMR) system and MindBody software, managing schedules, preparing bank deposits, and scanning checks, printing and filling out daily payment and visit logs and reports, preparing new patient paperwork, assisting with inventory, opening/closing duties, doing laundry, knowledge and ability to operate Whole Body Cryotherapy, perform daily building walkthroughs, and support other staff members as needed. The customer care specialist will report to the customer care lead on a weekly basis, or as needed. The customer care specialist will be responsible for staying current with office policies, and procedures, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience for all patients and wellness clients.
