One Enchanted Evening, a leading Pittsburgh-area specialty retailer, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Team.

This position reports directly to the president/owner and has responsibility for all facets of company marketing, with a strong emphasis on Instagram and TikTok, but also includes Facebook, Pinterest, our website as well as traditional marketing and in-house and off-site promotional events.

Our company has experienced exponential growth since our founding over 20 years ago. We have become a leading retailer within our segment, especially in the Prom and Homecoming market, where we are a perennial Top 10 store in North America, with an in-store customer representation from Illinois to the West, the District of Columbia to the East, and the Carolinas and Ontario from the South and North, respectively, as well as a global online clientele that includes Europe, the Middle East, Mexico and other Canadian provinces.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Designing, writing, and editing marketing materials including press releases, web content, promotional graphics, in-store signage, and other sales and social media collateral
• Leading online reputation management efforts by monitoring reviews, responding to customers, and having the personality to represent the company in a professional manner
• Managing our eCommerce website, updating product collections, and working with our outside developers and consultants to improve eCommerce strategy and site performance
• Tracking the performance of various social media campaigns, tailoring campaigns to reach the target audience, and interpreting analytics to improve future campaigns
• Planning offsite photoshoots, including but not limited to scouting locations, securing models, managing the budget and contracts, and ensuring all aspects of the photoshoot run smoothly
• Managing the company’s email campaigns, carrying out segmentation strategies, and using A/B testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective marketing method
• Marketing, managing and attending in-house and off-site promotional events such as trunk shows, bridal shows, prom events, local pageants, etc.
• Conceiving and developing new marketing strategies to increase sales, attract potential customers, and retain existing ones

The successful candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline
• A strong eye for fashion trends (think Vogue, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Women’s Wear Daily)
• A sound fashion sense (both in understanding and how you present yourself – this position is the primary public “face” of the organization)
• Strong attention to detail, solid work ethic, organization skills, strong writing skills and the ability to multi-task
• A flair for design and understanding of design aesthetics (photography skills!)
• A pleasant, positive and polite demeanor and attitude in online communications
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products and basic Photoshop skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, and Google Adwords
• A team player with confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary
• A curious person who keeps up with what’s trending and always thinks outside the box!

Some travel is required to apparel markets in either Atlanta, Chicago, Las Vegas and New York.
