    DevOps Engineer

    Summary OneFitStop is searching for a DevOps Engineer that possesses experience within the AWS ecosystem. This role will bring DevOps best practices to the existing Hapana fitness platform, and will design, implement and manage the infrastructure for our next-generation platform.

    Description

    • Work with a multi-facetted team to support the current and next-generation of Hapana fitness AWS infrastructure across multiple global regions.
    • Design and deploy AWS solutions that are scalable.
    • Develop a CI/DI system that seamlessly deploys to a number of sub-prod and prod environments.
    • Work with other team members using the Scrum methodology in different time-zones.
    • Implement centralized logging and monitoring across all environments. - Work with development teams to implement secure, robust and scalable third-party integrations.
    • Identify security vulnerabilities in the infrastructure and third-party dependencies on an ongoing basis.
    • Understand and communicate AWS costing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
    • Infrastructure as Code (Cloud Formation, Teraform, etc.)
    • Experience with Git. - Familiar with branching strategies, such as GitFlow.
    • Experience deploying to serverless platforms, such as AWS Lamda.
    • Understand the nuances of deploying scalable microservices.
    • Senior level experience with CI/DI.
    • Experience with fundamental AWS services, such as EC2, RDS, SQS, SNS, etc.
    • Know how to configure API Gateways and route to other AWS services.
    • Good understanding of AWS security fundamentals.
    • Understand AWS infrastructure costing, and strategies to minimize costs.
    • Some experience with SQL and MQL. Nice to Have
    • Experience with Jira.
    • Understanding of REST-APIs and GraphQL.
