    Work you'll do:

    Honest Paws is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Associate who is passionate about customer engagement and driving lifetime value. This hands-on role calls for a candidate capable of project managing and executing campaigns for promotional communications, lifecycle & retention marketing flows, new customer onboarding, and subscription/loyalty promotions. This individual is detail oriented with an elevated level of attention to detail, communication and organization skills. This cross-functional role requires collaboration with peers in the Growth Marketing team on multi-channel campaigns and works closely with a number of teams across the business to build and deploy promotional email/push programs supported by a multi-app tech stack.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and deploy email & push marketing campaigns and through Honest Paws CRM tools. Programs include:
      • Lifecycle & Retention programs that drive repeat transaction activity and builds subscriptions from the existing base of customers
      • Regular promotional and sale messages to our customer base
      • Transactional email messages to keep customers informed about the current status of their transaction
      • Customer onboarding programs to educate them on CDB benefits and drive subscriptions
    • Maintain and document all Lifecycle & Retention campaigns and campaign calendars within Honest Paw's project management software
    • Execute tests using our CRM tool and analyze results to continuously optimize our customer retention programs
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance to measure success against benchmarks and recommend ways to optimize. Present key insights and recommendations to management.
    • Continually monitor latest developments in email and mobile marketing industry trends and assess their impact on current programs
    • Identify opportunities to engage existing and prospective customers through email and mobile marketing
    • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to maintain a channel marketing calendar
    • Work cross-functionally with other teams such on new promotions, product updates, and updates to the transaction process
    • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the business

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • 1-2 years experience in retention marketing, customer lifecycle management, or related roles, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
    • Experience with subscription model businesses/services a plus
    • Analytical skills and experience in utilizing customer data to identify trends and present findings to management
    • Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of managing multiple responsibilities related to email and push campaign execution
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools, customer segmentation platforms, and data analytics tools.
    • Must be proficient in the following platforms or similar: Shopify, Klaviyo, LoyaltyLion, ClickUp
