JOB OVERVIEW

OnePoint Accounting, a national leader in the outsourced franchise accounting space, is looking for motivated and energetic Senior Bookkeepers that are Xero certified and have experience working with a portfolio of small business clients in Xero. This person will oversee the management and reporting of monthly financial statements and other critical data for a portfolio of the Company’s clients. The Senior Bookkeeper will oversee the client relationships with their clients and be the single point of contact for client questions and requests. This position will contribute to a high performing, collaborative team culture and model OnePoint’s values and behaviors. This person will be an integral part of the Company's success by providing the highest level of accuracy and service to the Company's clients.

OUTCOMES

-Oversee a portfolio of accounting clients focused in franchising. This includes monthly account reconciliations, preparation of monthly journal entries, researching any missing items and vendor issues, financial statement reviews, and overall client oversight

-Manage client relationships, deadlines, and expectations ensuring timely and accurate financial statement delivery

-Establish strong client connections through consistent outreach

-Special accounting project work as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

-3+ years of accounting experience required

-Experience serving multiple clients mandatory

-Proficient in Excel and Quickbooks; Peachtree experience a plus

-Attention to detail and critical thinking skills essential

-Motivation and initiative necessary for success in this role

-BS Accounting preferred

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

PAY: $27.50 - $37.00 PER HOUR
