Job Description

OneRail is excited to bring on board a Product Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. Reporting to our Director of Product, this role is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle for our core platform. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s role ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
• Become an expert around competition and industry 
• Act as a leader within the company
• Demonstrate success by defining and launching excellent products

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager
• Technical background, with experience in Java Script, Agile and Azure Cloud computing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to travel 20% of the time
• Must provide at least one sample of an effective product document
