The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee development & education as well as continuous improvement of processes and offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years in training/learning/development role in an industrial setting
• Extensive experience with LMS 
• Proven record of developing/implementing curriculum, needs assessments, KPIs etc.
• Superior communication skills
