Our client, a super solid 100+ year old multi-State Civil Engineering firm is growing their presence in Shreveport and surrounding NW Louisiana market.  This has created a need to satisfy their existing clients' needs along with growing their capabilities this regional office.  The Project/Civil Engineer will take care of the existing design and project management work and additionally will work with key Sr. Management to develop and implement their growth plans for the region.  This is a "do-er, seller" role that offers the opportunity to lead the growth of their NW La. office as their excellent reputation and resources will naturally grow work in the region.

Keys/Qualifications for success include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• P.E. Registration in LA or ability to obtain registration within a short period of time
• Design and project engineering exp. in municipal projects including water, sewer, drainage and or roadway projects
• Prefer 10-15+ years' total experience
• Excellent people skills in business development and group management
• Passion and energy to run/have fun with a stable, yet energetic and growing company.  
• Prefer Resident of NW Louisiana or roots in the area (family, friends, schooling ties)
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
