This role will develop the financial strategy, lead the planning, forecasting and budgeting process and oversee compliance,  accounting department and risk management.  This CFO will build relationships in the community with bankers and investors.

Requirements:

• BS accounting/finance, MBA highly preferred
• CPA helpful
• Previous CFO or financial strategy experience
• Proven leadership
• Strong forecasting, modeling and budgeting experience
• Excellent relationship skills
