Our fast-growing electrical power supply and protection client partner is seeking to add an innovative/high energy Human Resources Manager. This is a newly created position and will become a key addition to the company’s leadership team. The position reports to company president and will have a small group of direct reports.  

The manager will focus on critical areas including:

3. Improve HR processes/software where it adds value

Requirements for success include:

• BS or BA from accredited university, MBA desired, PHR or SPHR preferred
• 6+ yrs of diverse human resources experience with demonstrated results in talent development
• Excellent communication, leadership, employee relations skills
• Proven track record of consistently delivering high level of HR business partner service to management and staff
• Highly capable of administering all HR functions: compensation, benefits, performance management, training, organizational planning/development/policy, recruiting, compliance
• U.S. Permanent Resident or Citizenship required
