Our client is an established & profitable E&P operator w/ oil & gas producing assets in multiple states. They are seeking to add an experienced Production Superintendent to the corporate headquarters. The company fosters an entrepreneurial & growth oriented culture including over 500 operated wells. The position reports to the Operations Manager.

Keys/Qualifications for Success Include:

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience 
• 15+ yrs practical operations exper w/ 5 yrs direct field supervision
• Oversee production optimization - artificial lift, chemical program, infield rig work, surface facilities, regulatory permitting, SWD
• Expertise w/ LOE, logistics, budget forecast/tracking, supplier mgmt
• Work closely w/ engineering to optimize/execute at field level
• Self-driven, proven communicator, excellent team attributes, creative
• Able to work 50% in office & 50% travel to field locations
• Operating company experience required
