Our client, a very successful and established specialty heavy civil and industrial services provider company based in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking an experienced Project Manager due to their growing portfolio of industrial projects.   The company manufactures specialty materials and provides construction/installation and maintenance services across the TX and LA Gulf Coast and has an excellent reputation for their products and performance on projects.  The company has an excellent track record of not only project success and financial stability, but a culture that values and respects their people which has resulted in above average retention of their employees. Key Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years experience as Project Manager for Industrial/ Heavy Civil Construction projects; fabrication related background highly preferred
• MS Office  skills and highly proficient in Excel
• Experience with planning, scheduling, coordinating with internal departments and outside suppliers, and client management
• Strong project controls background
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Status required
