Key Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in refinery or petrochemical plant
• Experience with troubleshooting operating problems, assessing process variables, and revising and optimizing process designs to ensure efficiency and product quality 
• Solid communication skills, including generating reports and procedures manuals
• Process simulation experience a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
