Our client is a highly successful privately held firm that specializes in manufacturing, installing & servicing electronic switchgear, DPS, automation and control/monitoring systems for marine applications. As a result of aspirations to scale the company, there is an immediate appetite to add an Account Manager to conduct outside sales & new business development.

Requirements for success include:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5-10+ years in field sales in marine electronics or certain oilfield services
• Passionate about sales & working closely with existing & prospective customers
• Self-directed, high energy, business acumen, determined over achiever
• Experience in strategic selling, understands value chain, exceeding client expectations
• Proven ability to relate to customer reps and earn additional business through performance & excellent rapport/customer relationships
