    Located in Maryland Heights, OneSource Solutions is a concierge service company that helps new home buyers/movers make all their selections and connections for internet, phone, cable, satellite, home security, and utility services in 1 call! We are looking for a full-time office Administrative Coordinator who will come in and hit the ground running. This position is critical to the back-office support of the company and ties up all loose ends and processes the orders while working in a small company environment. What you should have: • Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft platforms • Relationship building/ Self-motivated • Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills • Deadline driven, goal and detail oriented • Thrives in a small team environmentAll offers of employment are contingent on a background check.EEO Employer   Responsibilities: WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Full-time Monday - Friday, daytime hours • Support the sales team in confirming products and services placed and purchased • Manage day to day overall company needs such as managing our text program and voicemail system • Make necessary changes when required to remain in compliant with customers and client • Heavy data entry, multi-tasking, and troubleshooting to resolve issues at hand • Customer follow-up to keep customers informed of current options available • Other duties as required   Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft platforms • Relationship builder and self-motivated • Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills • Deadline driven, goal and detail oriented • Thrives in a small team environment Compensation: $13
