    Our team is rapidly expanding, and we’re searching for a driven Inside Sales Representative! OneSource Solutions is a Nationwide Utility Connection Service. We help our customers set up their utilities and help them establish their entertainment and home security services. We are an authorized dealer of all the major cable and security companies. Responsibilities: Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again • Make outbound calls Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued • Phone-based position where you are making a high volume of outbound calls • Talking with our customers on utility options in their area - what those costs are, what makes sense and help them decide • Meet sales goals - sales is sales and we all must have goals and not only push but reach higher than yesterday What You Should Have: • Not afraid of picking up the phone and making outbound calls, lots of calls! • Knows your way around the computer, Microsoft programs • Trainable and coachable • Reliable and strong work ethic • Great energy and money motivated Compensation: $13 - $14 per hour plus uncapped commission
