You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. Responsibilities: Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Identifying, qualifying and developing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities while maintaining existing client base • Assist in the preparation for trade shows and events  • Ability to work well with others Qualifications: High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 yearly
