    We are looking for a New Business Development Representative to create new business partnerships that bring on new accounts. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage. Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with new clients to drive our marketplace presence and add value. Responsibilities: • Be a true GRINDER • A must - make 80+ outbound calls each day • Hunt for new business opportunities • Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction • Communicate value-added and product and details clearly • Promote new products/services to existing customers • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • A drive to build a business and passion for what we do and champion our value-added service to a new client base • Love for the phones - dial, talk, dial, talk - repeat • Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Platforms • Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships • A high degree of professionalism • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude Compensation: $15 per hour plus uncapped commission
