OneSource Solutions is a concierge service company that helps new home buyers/movers make all their selections and connections for internet, phone, cable, satellite, home security, and utility services in 1 call! We are looking for a full-time Provider Customer Service Representative/Utility Research Coordinator. This position is critical to the back-office support of the company and ties up all loose ends and processes the orders for our sales team. Responsibilities: • Full-time Monday - Friday, daytime hours • Support the sales team in confirming utility providers in service territory and/or region • Conference calls to make those connections when needed • Consolidate all data and input into CRM database • Extensive data entry, multi-tasking, and troubleshooting • Customer follow-up as needed to ensure stellar customer care Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft platforms • Relationship building/ self-motivated • Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills • Deadline focused and detail-oriented • Thrives in a small team environment Compensation: $13 per hour
