    JOB SUMMARY

    OneStream is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales organization by providing key information, tools, training, and support to help our sales organization reach their growth goals. The ideal candidate enjoys investigating day to day issues that Sales organizations face as they work leads and accounts through the sales cycle. This role will seek to understand sales' pain points and resolve issues to increase their productivity to support business initiatives, and drive process adoption and maximize efficiency.

    The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for back office sales support processes/projects, CRM system management and operational improvements. This role will also support the sales organization by managing sales reports and data. The specialist will work closely with the Account Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and VP's.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Single point of contact for Account Manager, Directors and VP's
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, Strategy and Enablement teams to support the daily sales operations of our NA sales organization.
    • Gain a deep understanding of the lead to opportunity sales cycle and related Salesforce processes to support daily operations and issue resolution
    • Drive forward our organizational rules of engagement with sales teams and adherence to business controls
    • Involvement in our onboarding/ ongoing training & enablement around systems and processes
    • Provide daily ad hoc training and sales support related to Salesforce and various third party tools
    • Provide reporting and data analysis on sales activity, pipeline and account management to help identify business trends or areas for improvement
    • Assist with creation and review of customer quotes
    • Work with the team to drive Salesforce data hygiene and process refinements as needed
    • Assist with overall CRM system management and activities

    QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

    FORMAL EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher

    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    • At least 3 years relevant experience in Sales Operations
    • Experience working in a SaaS or high-tech company is a plus
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM platform a plus
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as an individual contributor
