WHAT YOULL DO

• Conduct inbound sales chats with customers.
• Creatively problem-solving.
• Quickly assess customer needs and providing sound solutions.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Begin conversation in Chat and Close out sales via telephone.
• Document details of all chats, calls, and customer interactions.
• Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Go the extra mile to drive sales

REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must live in TEXAS.
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Telecommunications and/or wireless experience preferred
• Prior Work-from-Home Experience preferred
• Regular attendance required
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Experience handling inbound and outbound sale calls
• Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
• Basic typing skills
• Strong communication and written skills
• Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

WORK-FROM-HOME TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:

Provide own home office equipped with internet (meet bandwidth requirements), electricity, and office furnishings. The employee is responsible for all related home office expenses and shall be provided by the employee at their sole expense. After one year of employment with the company, the company may provide equipment to the employee on a loan basis.
