    We are a Property Management Company, founded in 2010 and headquartered in Stamford, CT. We strive to create great communities! With multiple communities in the Northeast U.S., we are steadily growing. We are in search of a Regional Leasing & Marketing Manager to join our team.

    The Regional Leasing & Marketing Manager is responsible for providing leasing and marketing support and expertise, including strategy and planning for effective lead generation, customer experience, and digital marketing, as well as measurement and tracking of the same. This position provides oversight and assistance with overall marketing efforts as well (e.g., onsite collateral, newsletters, team communications and coaching, etc.). This position reports to the Director of marketing and works closely with the Property Management team as well.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide support and oversight for property marketing and leasing efforts.
    • Travel, as needed, to sites in need of leasing and marketing assistance.
    • Monitor and adjust marketing sources as needed, based on efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Conduct in-depth market analysis through competitor shops and comprehensive market surveys.
    • Watch industry and marketing trends and make recommendations to senior management based on opportunity/need.
    • Review marketing and leasing reporting to identify areas of concern and opportunity.
    • Develop annual marketing/advertising budgets based on analysis of past activities and community objectives.
    • Develop and execute marketing programs to drive key initiatives for the company.
    • Support corporate marketing initiatives, as needed.
    • Identify market opportunities including property improvements, etc.
    • Negotiate and manage advertising and marketing contracts.
    • Mentor and coach leasing teams on effective salesmanship and lead management.
    • Assist in the acquisition process via market research, comp surveys, due diligence, etc.
    • Manage reputation management program, tools and resources, and respond to reviews.
    • Monitor and manage website performance tools and resources and recommend opportunities for improvement.
    • Create reward and recognition opportunities for teammates.
    • Oversee and assist with internal marketing/team building efforts (internal committee)
    • Develop and manage OW corporate marketing initiatives, e.g. food drive.

    EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years leasing/marketing experience in the multi-family housing industry.
    • RealPage Management experience is a plus.
