**UX Strategist | About You **

As a UX Strategist, you are responsible for leading and managing research and design projects from initial conception through final delivery. You will leverage your UX knowledge and methods to solve UI problems to meet business needs. With innovative experience in both research and design, you can easily see the big picture and break it down into meaningful elements in a systematic manner for reuse and optimization. You will create engaging and insightful dashboards, reports, and interfaces that empower users to derive meaningful insights from complex data.

**UX Strategist | Day-to-Day **

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research through surveys, card sorting, task observation, and interviews.
• Utilize your expertise in Power BI to design and develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports that effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
• Partner with team members and business stakeholders to ensure usability, design consistency, and feature selection is aligned with project scope and delivery.
• Provide constructive feedback on UX prototypes created by designers.
• Transform complex data and information into a simple and usable user experience.
• Ideate concepts, document user flows, assess navigation and architecture; and map current and future state journey maps.

**UX Strategist | Skills & Experience **

• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX Research and design experience with a strong emphasis on data visualization using Power BI.
• Familiarity with Power BI's capabilities, including data modeling, DAX, and data transformation, is essential.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Expertise in leading and managing teams, clients, and multiple workstreams.
• Skilled with tools such as JIRA, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Typescript, Bootstrap, and Angular.
• Exposure to Cerner solutions, healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), healthcare workflows, and data privacy regulations (HIPAA).
• Background with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Figma.
