HEALTHCARE TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST | OVERVIEW:

The Healthcare Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with Business and IT partners to develop and support the development of detailed scope statements and high level business requirements in development efforts.

HEALTHCARE TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST | DAY-TO-DAY:

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with Business and IT partners.
• Identifies opportunities to support business activities.
• Leads the high-level requirements development process.
• Supports elicitation/development of detailed business requirements for small- to medium-sized efforts.
• Supports development of strategy plans and technology solutions to meet business requirements.

HEALTHCARE TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST | DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Requires a BS/BA degree in related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.
• Experienced with writing SQL queries.
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
• Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
• Proficiency using MS Office including Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint.
