    Onebridge is a Consulting firm with an HQ in Indianapolis, and clients dispersed throughout the United States and beyond. We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Metrics Analyst to join our client on a Direct Hire basis. 

    This position is a Hybrid role located in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates MUST be able to operate on EST or CST.  

    DIGITAL METRICS ANALYST | ABOUT YOU 

    As a Digital Metrics Analyst, you are responsible for regularly designing and developing dashboards to measure key metrics and monitor trends. You will uncover web and digital campaign improvement opportunities on various dashboards. You spearhead the digital analytics strategy by dictating the web/digital analytics report design, development, and analysis. You have the expertise in marketing principles around social media and can work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy.  

    DIGITAL METRICS ANALYST | DAY-TO-DAY 

    • Design and develop daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to measure key metrics and monitor trends.  
    • Execute high-value marketing reports and communicate those campaign results effectively to stakeholders.  
    • Analyze gaps in the data analytics approach and recommend industry best practices to support reporting needs.  
    • Communicate with technical and business resources using expert knowledge of digital analytics solutions such as Google Analytics & Data Studio, Sitecore Experience Analytics, Salesforce, etc.  
    • Collaborate with UX and Content Teams to improve and analyze website analytics.

     

    DIGITAL METRICS ANALYST | SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

    • 3+ years of experience in a Business or Marketing role. 
    • 3+ years of experience installing, optimizing, and reporting using Google Analytics or similar tools such as Omniture, Adobe, etc. 
    • Tag management implementation experience with Google Tag Manager or Tealium. 
    • Experience with Sitecore Experience Analytics, Salesforce, etc.  
    • Strong background in analyzing traffic, consumer journeys, conversation funnels, heat maps, and pathing reports.  
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint related to pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.
