Great opportunity to work with an established company in the automotive industry while advancing your career in quality as a NCD (Non Conforming Defects) Coordinator.

• $19.10-$19.65/hr
• All three shifts available
• Contract - to - hire

What You'll Do As A NCD Specialist:

• Interfacing with logistics and VW production to coordinate NCD material flow
• Ensuring all materials follow the specified flow via the logic outlined in the QMS
• Ensuring proper tagging of rejected materials (NCD tags)
• Ensuring TILs for each BIN remain low, and escalate as needed to resolve
• Determine and dictate parts to be processed based on needs of customer via SAP
• Fostering a caring and inclusive team environment
• Being Flexible to work Body, Assembly, or Battery Plant as needed
• Reporting on daily NCD material and dispositions
