If you are passionate about the automotive industry, have experience in sales and customer service, know how to market and advertise, have strong negotiation and communication skills then I believe your qualities align well with the requirements of an Auto Broker.

Do you believe you can help people in California find the best deal on a vehicle when you have 80%-90% of all the big dealers working with you and offering your clients the best price and service through being an independent auto broker?

Job Responsibilities: Find and help people looking to buy a vehicle, then give them the best deals and service possible. Marketing New and Used vehicles. Coming up with ideas to connect people looking for a vehicle with you and then offering the largest inventory of vehicles and best deals and service.

Commission Structure: Straight Commission... 50% of the Broker Fee, paid by the dealers when we sell their inventory. Broker fee can be $400 to $2000 per vehicle sold. Depends on what broker fee you have the dealer set up for the deal for you.

Territory and Market: You can sell any available new or used vehicle from any of our partner dealers in California. Claim your market and territory before another broker we hire does.

Training and Support: You will have access to all the resources and knowledge that our business can offer to help you succeed. We will help you close your first ten deals or until you feel comfortable doing a deal by yourself.

Interaction with Dealerships: You will act as outside sales for the dealerships by being an independent auto broker. You will be representing our company but will be acting independently. This gives you the freedom to sell any make or model vehicle.

Branding and Marketing: You will have marketing support provided by us, but you are expected to develop your own marketing strategies? You help connect people looking for a vehicle with the best options for them. Then they go down to the dealership to pick up the vehicle and sign for it there so you can do all the selling form your home etc.

Additional Requirements: Sold cars before is highly recommended. Have access to people that are in the market for a vehicle. Great at marketing and following up. Do you already sell cars at a dealership? Well why not have access to sell all makes and models while you are still at the brick and mortar place?
