We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Sales Associate. This role involves creating and managing listings across multiple online platforms, researching competitive pricing based on item condition, and responding to customer inquiries to ensure a smooth and professional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage product listings across various online platforms (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, etc.)

Research market prices based on item condition, brand, and demand to ensure competitive and accurate pricing

Write clear, accurate, and compelling product descriptions, including relevant specifications and condition notes

Capture or coordinate product photos as needed to enhance listing quality

Monitor listings for accuracy, inventory status, and pricing trends

Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and messages

Process and coordinate online orders, returns, and shipping (if applicable)

Requirements:

Previous experience in e-commerce, retail sales, or online marketplaces preferred

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using platforms like eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.

Ability to research and evaluate product value based on condition and market trends

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills

Basic knowledge of photography and/or product presentation is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is a plus
